On his way to visit me the radiator on my son’s van split a seam. We were able to limp it to Automotive Experts shop . They were able to get a new radiator installed by the end of their work day . This type of extra effort is what I have found to be typical of this shop and missing in so many others.

I dropped off my 2019 CX-9 using the night drop (wicked helpful, and a very thorough form!), wrote down what I thought was needed to be done: 60K service, spark plugs, brakes, transmission, front and rear differentials, with an addition to find and fix what was needed. Our car would not start and after calling AAA when they could not get the car to start we had it towed to them and they worked us in, diagnosed the problem, got the car working again and provided feedback on vehicle repairs we were not aware were needed. Chris was our service manager and main contact and was great to work with. We will be coming back.
